		<description>Thank you for the comment!  I also find the inconsistencies to be on the increase... and the coffee has gone from &#039;ok&#039; to &#039;drinkable&#039; to &#039;gas station burnt&#039;.  Hmph.

		<description>I&#039;m sorry to say that I have watched the quality of the service and food deteriorate in many of the Flying Stars, particularly the NobHill location.

Orders often to not arrive in a timely manner and hot food is cold. The dishes and utensils often have to be replaced because they are not clean. Sometimes they are &quot;out&quot; of an item that is part of a dish ( particularly sandwiches ) and neglect to tell people that fact but deliver the incomplete item anyway. It&#039;s not enough to have a manager offer a &quot;comp&quot; when it happens so often. I&#039;m part of a group that often meets at a Flying Star and we have all noticed the decline over the last few months since the expansion.</description>
