You are a Chile Rojo fan and I am a Chile Verde fanatic. Garduno's Chile Verde was top of the pyramid. Made with chicken instead of pork and so hot no one ever wanted "just a taste, please". I would kill for this recipe. Gardunos is gone from Phoenix and/or the name has changed to Camerones. Sorry to hear of their difficulty. Wish someone would share that recipe though.
