Ok, I’m getting an education in RIBS.

Memphis, Carolina, St. Louis, Kansas City, Texas.

All in the Albuquerque area, and all gotta be better than “decent”.  Who’s up for some piggy rib hunting?

Yes, I’m serious.  andrea at andrea dash lin dot com

  3. My favorite are Quarters ( I specify no ends), and Powdrells. I’ve tried them all here and stick to only those 2. Rudys are fatty. County line is an overpriced chain with no signature sauce flavor.

I love BBQ. Favorite out of state is Tunnel Bbq in Winsor Canada.

  4. A second for Pepper’s. It’s about as down home as it comes here.

  5. Come on, ya’ll, no love for the burnt ends? ;-)

Thanks for the tips so far, keep them coming. And yes, I’m really serious about bringing any of you with me. You know the email address, just send me one.

  6. Another great place ( if he’s still open ) is Big John’s which was selling out of a mobile BBQ on Montgomery just east of I-25.
